Welcome to Grand Forks Weddings. By booking services, submitting a form, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services: Grand Forks Weddings provides wedding officiant services and related ceremony coordination. Services are confirmed once payment is received and availability is verified.
2. Booking & Payment: All bookings require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By purchasing, you confirm the accuracy of the event date, time, and location you provide.
3. Client Responsibilities
a. Clients agree to: Provide accurate wedding details
b. Obtain a valid marriage license as required by the issuing state
c. Ensure the officiant has proper access to the ceremony location
d. Inform us promptly of any schedule or venue changes
e. Failure to provide required documentation or information may affect our ability to perform services and may result in cancellation with no refund.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate based on availability. Written notice is required for any changes and this is not gauranteed.
5. Delays & Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, illness, or government actions.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your event.
7. Communication: By booking services, you agree to receive emails, texts, or calls related to your ceremony planning. You may opt out of non-
essential communications at any time.
8. Website Use: All content on this website is owned by Grand Forks Weddings and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
